Company Emissions Allocation Year sets the annual amount of Grandfather Rights the company has to emit the given emission. These rights are accounted for in the calculation of Emissions Cost. The resulting change in Net Profit will affect the way the company bids in LRMC (Revenue Recovery) mode.
Note that the units of this allocation are those of the Summary Emission Unit set on the Units settings for the current database.
