Description:	Controls when integers are used to enforce clearing of marginal efficiency tranches in order

Facility Formulate Non-convex controls when integer variables and constraints are formulated so that the marginal efficiency tranches (Efficiency Point and Efficiency Incr) are despatched in order.

Auto (value = 1)

The simulator attempts to detect if the efficiency function should be monotonically non-decreasing or non-increasing depending on the type of process being implemented and if convexity is violated the convexity variables/constraints are added to the formulation.

Always (value = 2)

Convexity variables/constraints are added to the formulation regardless of whether or not the input appears convex.

Never (value = 0)

Convexity variables/constraints are not included in the formulation.

Settings other than 'Auto' supersede the Heat Rate Error Method setting in the Production object.
