Generator Offer Quantity Format is the format for Offer Quantity and Offer Price.
The total quantity is the sum of offer/bid quantity across the bands. You must define the same number of bands for quantity and price.
The total is the offer quantity/bid in the top band i.e. the offer quantities are similar to load points (see Load Point). You must define one more quantity band than price band.
