Line Min Capacity Reserves is the minimum amount of capacity reserves supplied to the receiving Region or capacity Zone where a negative indicates capacity supplied to the sending end. This limit applies to capacity flows in LT Plan and PASA.

If not defined the Line Min Rating is assumed.
