Node Distributed Maintenance is reported by PASA. It is the maintenance allocated by the optimization in order to level the nodal Capacity Reserves.

Note that this maintenance allocation is purely notional. It is subsequently used to produce the Maintenance Factor which acts to direct maintenance scheduling into appropriate high reserve periods.
