Production Run Up and Down governs whether Generator Start Profile, Generator Run Up Rate and Generator Shutdown Profile are enabled across all Generators in the optimization.
Start and stop variables are necessary to formulate start and stop profiles. Disabling Production Start and Stop Enabled will therefore disable any start profiles, run up rates or shutdown profiles in precedence to this setting.
