Production Start and Stop settings control whether Generator starts and stop constraints are formulated.
Disabling this setting will also prevent all Generator Start Profiles, Generator Run Up Rates and Generator Shutdown Profiles from being formulated. This setting therefore overrides Production Run Up and Down.
