Reserve Reserve Generators Offer Price defines the price (premium) for provision of reserves by the generator. The quantity part of the offer is defined with Offer Quantity.
Note that by default the provision of reserve by the generator is 'priced' at opportunity cost, thus this offer price acts as a premium to that opportunity cost.
