Storage Ramp is change in storage end volume. This is simply defined as:
Ramp = End Volume(t) - End Volume(t-1)This value may be positive (increase) or negative (decrease) in volume.
You can limit the ramp using the Storage Max Ramp property or by using the Constraint Storages Ramp Coefficient term.
