Storage Target Level sets the end-of-interval target for the End Level. This target will be set every interval of the simulation.

You can define a penalty for violation of this constraint with the Target Penalty property.

The functional relationship between volume and height of a storage is non-linear, so the constraint is formulated using a Taylor Series centered about the target level as illustrated in the following diagram:
