Waterway Flow is the flow on the waterway.

The flow into the waterway is defined as:

Storage From x Flow

And likewise, the flow out of the waterway is defined as:

Storage To x Flow

These flow factors default to unity, which preserves water or energy down a cascading network.

Non-unity flow factors can be used to approximate the loss of potential energy in a cascading network of storages, when using the Potential Energy storage model.
