Demand Reference Column

The Demand Reference column specifies a comma-delimited list of zones used to determine the demand for the Limit when using the Demand Factor Limit to dynamically determine the limit based on demand. It is only used when Constraint Type = LT Energy Min, and the final limit for each year will be equal to [Demand Factor Limit] * [Annual Zonal Demand in MWh] + [Limit]. This column is especially useful for dynamically defining RPS targets based on demand instead of a fixed value and output from any DSM new resources that are in the constraint will be counted as demand and not energy.
