Limit Column
Column Type = Text
This column contains the constraint limit for the record. The units for this column are defined by the Limit Units column.
NOTE: To turn off a constraint for a given year, use an input value of -1. Blank/NULL values in the Limit column will be ignored and will be non-binding.
NOTE: Inputs can only be specified by an annual or monthly time series. For information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
