Fast First LT Iteration Column
Column Type = Boolean

This optional column is used to adjust the long-term simulation parameters and improve runtime. When this column is set to True, the first LT iteration will run with sampling reduced to only one hour for each month. All subsequent iterations will use the user specified sampling precision. This option cannot be used when the MIP Minimize Cost LDC method is selected.
