Overall Max Column
Column Type = Text
This column is used to specify the overall maximum number of new technology resource types for the group that will be considered for addition during a long term optimization study. The logic is activated by assigning the ID/Number from this table to New Resource table records in the Resource Group column.
NOTE: All time series references to an annual vector ID must contain the yr_ prefix. For more information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
