Net Var Cost Column
Units = $/MWh
The calculated net variable cost for the resource in the current hour. The variable cost of a resource is fuel plus VOM (Variable Operations and Maintenance), which is specified in the Resources input table.
When using the Heat Rate Segment logic, this is a cost based on average heat rate when reported for Report_Level = Unit.
NOTE: All financial values are entered in real economic base year dollars. All output is specified in nominal dollars.
