Dispatch_Cost Column
Units = $/MWh
The dispatch cost for the stack at the point corresponding to the stack capability level. Note that this will always correspond to the dispatch cost of the next unit in the stack, not the unit referenced on the current record. For the last unit in the stack, it is set equal to the dispatch cost of that unit.
