Gross Pool

If Region Price is below the Floor Price then:

Settlement = (Floor Price - Region ) x Settlement Quantity

If Region Price is above the Cap Price then:

Settlement = (Cap Price - Region Price ) x Settlement Quantity

Net Pool

Settlement = Settlement Price x Settlement Quantity
