Interface Expansion Cost is the overnight cost of expanding the interface limits by one megawatt in both directions. This property applies to LT Plan. By default this cost is incurred in a 'lump sum' in the year the Interface Max Flow and Min Flow are expanded. Alternatively the expansion cost can be annualised by defining Economic Life and WACC.
