Validation Rule:	False (0) or True (-1)
Description:	If transmission line constraints are enabled.

Transmission Constraints Enabled is the master switch for enforcement of Line and Transformer thermal limits. This switch does not affect interfaces or generic constraints.It can take the following values:

False (value = 0)

Limits are relaxed

True (value = -1)

Limits are enforced

Note that by default the limits are added in an iteration. This can be controlled with the setting Formulate Upfront.
