Type Column
Column Type = Text
This column defines the type of constraint variable for the record and the two options are:

Decision: A variable that will be decided by the optimization (e.g., resource generation)

Fixed: A variable that is determined beforehand (e.g., resource capability).
The selection in this column will filter the options in the Variable column dropdown. It is not actually used by Aurora in the simulation.
