Column Type = Text
This column determines which variable is being referenced. The Constraint Coeff, or multiplier, is applied to this variable.
OPTION | DESCRIPTION | |
Resource Capability |
The MW capability of a resource. |
|
Resource Min Capacity |
The minimum capacity of a resource in MW. |
|
Zone Demand |
The zonal demand in MW. |
|
Zone Link Capacity |
The total link capacity between two zones. |
|
Ancillary Requirement |
The MW ancillary requirement for a particular ancillary product. |
|
Resource Generation |
The total output in MW of the resource. |
|
Resource Online Status |
This variable's value will be 1 if the unit is online and 0 if it is not running; it is only available for Commitment and Must Run units. |
|
Resource Ancillary Contribution |
The MW contribution amount of the resource to a particular ancillary product. |
|
Area Flow | The area flow in a forward direction.
Zone Flow | The zone flow in a forward direction.
Area Net Flow |
The net flow in the zonal solution between two areas. |
|
Zone Net Flow |
The net flow in the zonal solution between two zones. |
|
Fuel Usage |
The total Referenced Fuel Usage for a particular fuel. |
|
Branch Flow |
The flow on a nodal branch; both AC and DC branches can be referenced. |
|
Corridor Flow |
The flow on a nodal Corridor. |
|
Storage Generation |
The MW generation for a storage resource. This will be 0 if the resource is charging.
Storage Charge Status |
This binary variable indicates whether the storage resource is charging (i.e., output is negative) in the period. Note that when using this coefficient, the associated storage resource should reference the Storage table and have a positive Minimum Charge value. |
|
Storage Gen Status |
This binary variable indicates whether the storage resource is generating (i.e., output is positive) in the period. Note that when using this coefficient, the associated storage resource should reference the Storage table and have a positive Minimum Generation value. |
|
Storage Charging |
The MW charging for a storage resource represents the MW value being pulled from the grid. It will be 0 if the resource is generating.
Storage End Contents |
The total MWh currently stored in the resource. |
NOTE: To reference New Resource options in the resource-related variables, use the prefix NR_ID_ followed by the New Resource ID. This will cause all new resources in the system which came from that record in the New Resources table to receive the coefficient.
