Minimum Charge Column
Column Type = Integer
This optional column is used to specify the minimum level of charge required from each resource. Inputs between 0 and 1 are accepted, with the default value being 0. When a non-zero value is entered, a MW minimum charge level is calculated as [Capacity]*[Charging Availability]*[Minimum Charge]. The optimization only allows the unit to store (charge) at or above this level when in operation, though it can have a 0 MW charge level. The available generation levels are not directly affected by this parameter.
NOTE: Including this parameter on many storage units can increase the problem size significantly.
