Column Type = Text
This column contains the year the monthly peak and average demand will be applied. Changes to monthly peaks and average demand for subsequent years can be made by adding additional sets of rows (12 rows each). Simply enter the beginning year to be used for the new set in this column and months 1-12 in the Month column.
