This column is used to input a fractional value between 0 and 1, which resolves for each hour, that acts as a multiplier on resource capacity characteristics like Capacity, Nameplate Capacity, and Reliable Capacity for typical resources, as well as Recharge Capacity, Maximum Storage, and Storage Inflow for storage resources. It is typically used for storing the partial build decisions from long-term studies using the Allow Partial Build column.

NOTE: This column cannot be used in the New Resources table because it is used to hold the decision value from partial build options in the Resource Modifier Table (RMT).

 NOTE: If you specify this variable's FUEL reference, the value in the Fuel Table will be applied.
