Heat Rate Units Column

Use the Heat Rate Units column to enter the Heat Rate Unit's description, Committed Heat Rate, and UBB Heat Rate in heat content per kWh (Btu/kWh) as defined in the Unit Conversion table.
NOTE: The Unit Conversion logic will only be applied if the Unit Conversion table is selected for use in the study.
