Heat Rate Units Column

The Heat Rate Units column is used to enter the description of units used for Heat Rate, Committed Heat Rate, and UBB Heat Rate in heat content per kWh (Btu/kWh) as defined in the Unit Conversion table.
NOTE: The Unit Conversion logic will only be applied if the Unit Conversion table is selected for use in the study.
