Hourly Fuel Minimum Column

The optional Hourly Fuel Minimum column specifies a minimum fuel usage using the Fuel Optimization logic. All resources using this fuel directly or indirectly (via a Reference Fuel) will be cumulatively required to use at least this amount per hour. If this value >= 0 for any fuels used in the system, then the Fuel Optimization logic will be invoked for the dispatch. If left blank, no minimum is applied. The minimum is specified in the same units as the Fuel Units column for each fuel (e.g., mmBtu by default).
