Use the Must Run column to set resources to a Must Run condition. If a resource in the Resources or New Resources tables has FUEL input in the Must Run column, the input from this column (in the Fuel table) will be applied to that resource.
Users can select from the following input flags:
1 - A flag of "1" will always dispatch the minimum capacity specified for the resource. The minimum capacity for this resource will assume a zero dispatch cost and will always dispatch the minimum capacity of the unit.
0 - A "0" flag will not apply a Must Run condition.

NOTE: Hydro and pumped storage resources cannot be set as Must Run.
NOTE: If generating resources are over-specified as Must Run such that zonal output (sum of Hydro_Output and Thermal_Output) would be greater than Zonal Net Load in any given hour. The model will automatically report a zonal price of $-1/MWh. Furthermore, resource Output will be adjusted so that zonal output will equal zonal net load.
NOTE: Specify inputs for any time period (annually, monthly, weekly, hourly, or sub-hourly). For information on specifying a variable's time series, see Entering a Time Series.
