Use the Reference Fuel column to link a fuel to reference fuels. When a reference Fuel ID is entered in this column, the reference fuel price or basis difference is added (or subtracted) to the Fuel price to obtain the total fuel cost. Each individual fuel line in the reference chain is computed using shape factors and real escalations.
Multiple source fuels can be specified using a comma-delimited list (no spaces).
NOTE: Referencing is used only for fuel price. All other resource defaults are taken from the fuel line directly referenced in the Resources Table.
NOTE: The Fuel ID column in the Fuel table is a unique (text) identifier. This field can contain both Alpha and Numeric characters. All references to the fuel number must use the unique (text) identifier.
