Use the optional Risk Outage column to set a flag indicating whether the record will apply the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) methodology to the random forced outage. A value of True/1 activates the frequency duration or convergent outage methodology.  A null (no value) or False/0 turns off the risk method.
