Emission Rate Factor Reference (1,2,...) Column

This column is used to specify the emission rate factor column from the heat rate definition table to use in the rate calculation. Input emission rates will be mulitplied by the rate factor for the segment as defined in the heat rate definition table. Emission types within the same ID are allowed unique Emission Rate Factor References.
