Hydro Month Column
Column Type = Integer
The Hydro Month columns are labeled with numbers 1-13. The calendar month numbers 1-12 represent January - December. The values entered in months 1-12 are the monthly shapes applied to hydro resources in the area. The annual capacity factor for the area is entered in month 13.
