Constraint Emission Rate

This optional column is the ton/MWh constraint emission rate for the record. It can either be entered as one input, or as a comma-delimited list to match the Constraint_ID if a different emission rate is desired for each constraint.
NOTE: Inputs can be specified for any time period (annual, monthly, weekly, hourly or sub-hourly). For information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
