Annual Max Column

The Annual Max column allows the user to specify the annual maximum number of new technology resource types that will be considered for addition to the area during a long term optimization study. This value should not exceed the Overall Max Column and will be automatically reduced to the Overall Max.
For Retrofit units, this column determines if the retrofit will be available for a particular year. 0 = not available, 1 = available.
NOTE: Setting these limits has a significant impact on the amount of memory needed for the model to perform a long term optimization. When running up against memory limitations, users should set these limits as low as reasonable.
NOTE: All time series references to an annual vector ID must contain the yr_ prefix. For more information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
