Annual Min Column

The Annual Min column is used to specify the annual minimum number of new technology resource types that actually go into the area during the entire capacity expansion study period. This value should not exceed the Overall Min column and will be automatically reduced to the Overall Min.
NOTE: All time series references to an annual vector ID must contain the yr_ prefix. For more information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
