Overall Min Column
Column Type = Integer
The Overall Min column is used to specify the overall minimum number of new technology resource types that actually go into the area during the entire capacity expansion study period. It has no effect on how many new resource alternatives are considered for the optimization.
This setting can also be aggregated to apply to a group of technology types via the same column in the Resource Group input table.
