Last Eligible Year

This column can be used to assign the last eligible year a resource or Retrofit can be considered. (This column can also be called End Date. If entered as a date, only the year will be used.)
This column is NOT used to specify an end date in the Long-Term Simulation Logic. The Resource End Date in the RMT Table for all new resources which are built as a result of the LT study will be set as one year later than the study end year, unless an Operating Life is assigned.
