Operating Reserve MW Reqt Column

Optional column for the operating reserve requirement for the pool, input in MW. The Operating Reserve Reqt column (input in percent) must be blank or 0 to use this column.
This value will be used to determine the hourly operating reserve requirements and which units are held for reserves when the pool Reserve Sharing option in this table is selected.
When the Reserve Sharing column is set to TRUE, this value will be used to determine the hourly operating reserve obligation for the pool. It is calculated based on the combined demand for all zones within the pool, and the set of combined pool resources will be used to determine the economic set held out of the dispatch to satisfy operating reserve constraints.
If Reserve Sharing is set to FALSE the reserve calculations will be performed at the zone level, with the reserve requirement specified for the zone.
NOTE: This value is only used when the Dispatch and Demand setting Use Operating Reserves is selected.
