Pricing Fuel Displacement Column

This column allows the user to assign the fuel type in calculating the variable cost for Displacement type contracts. The variable price used is the escalated fuel price for the month times the fuel factor. The fuel factor should contain the appropriate adjustment from $/mmBtu to $/MWh along with any other adjustment being made for pricing purposes.
