This column defines the condition of the independent resource in which the dependency of the dependent resource will be true. The options include:
Available - Checks that the capability of the unit is positive. This option can be used for both commitment (non-cycling) and non-commitment (cycling) units.
Unavailable - Checks that the capability of the unit is zero. This option can be used for both commitment (non-cycling) and non-commitment (cycling) units.
Output > 0 - Checks that the unit is committed. This option can only be used for commitment units with a positive minimum capacity or Must Run units. Since commitment (non-cycling) units with a positive minimum capacity will run at least at minimum capacity when committed, the output will be positive.
Not Committed - Checks that the unit is not committed. This option can only be used for commitment units with a positive minimum capacity.
Full Output - Checks that the output of the unit is at full capability. If the capability is 0, then the unit is considered to not be at full capability. This option can be used for both commitment (non-cycling) and non-commitment (cycling) units, but requires the use of the Commitment Optimization method. (This option is only available from the dropdown when Commitment Optimization is selected in Simulation Options.)
Not Full Output - Checks that the output of the unit is NOT at full capability.
NOTE: The Full Output and Not Full Output options are only available from the dropdown when Commitment Optimization is selected in Simulation Options.
