This optional column is used to remove specific resources from the ORM calculations when using the ORM Input Premium table. Valid inputs are True/1 and False/0, with the default value for NULL/blank of False. When set to True for a given resource, the resource’s capability will not be included the ORM calculations and it will not receive an ORM adder.

 NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable the value in the Fuel Table will be applied.

 NOTE: Inputs can be specified for any time period (annual, monthly, weekly, hourly or sub-hourly). For information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
