Outage Group Column

The optional Outage Group column is used to divide the resources using convergent random outages into groups, where each group will have the random outages "scheduled" independent of other groups. Resources with the same number will be assigned to the same group. The Outage Group entry should be an integer between 1 and 30,000, inclusive.
The convergent random outage logic will schedule the resources in a given group together, taking into account the expected distribution of overlapping outages among members of the group. The actual value of the group number is used in the random number generator and allows for repeatability of results when it remains unchanged.
NOTE: Resources on random outage for which this field has not been specified will be grouped by zone.
