Report All Units Column
Column Type = Boolean
This optional column is used to specify reporting for resources affected by the Base Resource ID column, which groups various resource records in the table as one resource for dispatch purposes. When this column is True for a Base resource, Aurora will report itemized information for all of the original resources that are rolled into the Base.
