Resource Begin Date Column

The Resource Begin Date column allows the user to specify the beginning date of a resource. Before this date, the resource will not be used in calculations for dispatch and value.
In zonal studies, the model will ignore resources not needed in the simulation up front to improve run times. Any resource which has a Begin Date more than a month after the study end date will not be included in the study and will not be reported.
