UBB Heat Rate Column

The UBB Heat Rate column is used to specify the incremental heat rate that will be applied to the Upper Bidding Block (UBB) portion of the resource. This is entered as heat content per kWh (Btu/kWh). To be applied, a UBB Segment Size must be specified for the resource.

NOTE: UBB segments are not considered when the unit is making its commitment decision.
NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable the value in the Fuel Table will be applied.
