Parameter 1 (Mean) Column
Column Type = Single

This parameter defines the mean value for the sampling distribution as a percentage change from the base value in the appropriate time period. The base value for the time period is the value resulting from the standard time series resolution acting on the base inputs from the input database. If daily changes are being applied through use of the Daily Change table, then the base for the risk calculations includes the effect of the daily change data.

NOTE: For Uniform distribution types, Parameter 1 is expressed as a percentage calculated by 100*(b+a)/2, where a & b are the end points of the distribution.

NOTE: For transmission Input Link records, Parameter 1 equals the probability (in percent) the link capacity will be at zero. Parameter 2 equals the probability (in percent) the link capacity will be at maximum. These values must be non-negative and their sum cannot exceed 100. A uniform distribution for link capacity is assumed between these two points.

For distribution types, see Distribution Type.
