Parameter 2 (St Dev) Column
Column Type = Single
This parameter inputs the standard deviation for the distribution as a percentage of the distribution mean for every time period.
NOTE: For Uniform distribution types, Parameter 2 is expressed as a percentage calculated by 100*(b-a), where a & b are the end points of the distribution.
NOTE: For transmission Input Link records, Parameter 1 equals the probability (in percent) the link capacity will be at zero. Parameter 2 equals the probability (in percent) the link capacity will be at maximum. These values must be non-negative and their sum cannot exceed 100. A uniform distribution for link capacity is assumed between these two points.
