Annual Generation Limit Column
This optional column is used to specify an annual generation limit (in MWh) for each resource and is entered as a multiplier on capacity. When populated, the Constrained Dispatch Logic will be invoked to determine how to best spread the annual limit across the months within the year. The limit is only on the generation of the units and not the charging, and it works in a similar manner to the Monthly Generation Limit. For example, an entry in this field of 5 puts a generation limit of 50 MWh for a 10 MW capacity unit for the year; each storage unit in the group receives its own constraint.
