Charging Resource Duration Column
This column represents the number of years that the charging resource constraint should be applied. It is based on the Resource Begin Date of the storage resource. For example, if a value of five (5) were input here for a storage resource which starts on 1/1/2023, then the charging resource constraints would be applied 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2027. After that time period, the storage unit would no longer need to charge based on the output of the charging resource.
