Charging Resource Relaxation Cost Column
Charging Resource Relaxation Cost is an optional column to input the desired cost for relaxing the charging resource constraint.
There are three nodes:

Blank/NULL: This is the default. Aurora Will use a relaxation cost of 1,000,000.

Nonnegative numeric input: User-defined cost for violation will be used.

Negative numeric input: No relxation will be allowed.
NOTE: Inputs can be specified for any time period (annual, monthly, weekly, hourly or sub-hourly). For information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
